Service Call/Request Management

The Service Call/Request Management application allows an enterprise to receive and manage service requests from its customers.

What

  • Post/Edit Services Page: Service managers post and edit the available services your organization has to offer.
  • Service List Page: Customers can browse the product list and search for services.
  • Submit Service Request Page: Customers submit requests for one or more available services and monitor the status of their requests.
  • Manage Service Request Page: A service manager assigns each request to an employee.
  • My Assignments Page: Employees see customer requests that have been assigned to them. They may then handle the request themselves, bounce it back to the service manager for more information, or pass it on to another more qualified employee.
  • My Service Request Status Page: Customers see their submitted requests as well as the status and expected time of completion.
  • Service Rating Page: Customers provide comments and ratings on the quality of the services received.
  • Ratings Overview Page: Service managers review the customer ratings.
